Ok for short stay The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were tough to find. The hotel itself is definitely older and worn. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, as did the hallways, but it was clean. It was ok for the few hours we needed to take a nap before coming home, but would not stay for more than that.

I would totally recommend this. It was so close to the park that we honestly could’ve walked.

Overall is a fair balance between price and quality. Frequent traveler with 80 nights in hotel per year. For my experience, hotel could be more clean. Small details: received two keys for the room but only one worked, invoice never received by email, extended stay membership not applied to the stay, even informing the staff; that's why not getting 4 or 5 stars.

Trash build up outside of hotel. Nice and friendly front desk. Trash in stair ways. Trash pile up and trash overflow in exterior trash cans next to side door entrance.Not cleaned up.

On our way to this property, we received a call that we were being sent to the location 2 doors down - 5620 Major Blvd. Not a problem - they had a reservation for us. Check in was easy. The staff was nice. We went up to our floor and as we stepped off the elevator, we were hit by an awful smell - like nasty diapers! The room was nice, but had worn carpet. But there was NOTHING in the cupboards- no plates, pans, etc. We had to ask at the desk for it, but it was 2 plates, 1 bowl, 2 forks & spoons, no pan, no coffee maker as th... read more
