It is close to restaurants and small shops. Hotel is a bit outdated. One of our rooms didn't have towels, we had to go get them at front Desk. There's a lot of questionable people outside, specially in the evenings.

"Lived in" Feel, Smell and appearance. Furniture worn. Floors felt grungy. Water didn't drain well in Bathroom so we used the kitchen sink. Shower head not good and low pressure. Walls thin. Can hear conversations distinctly word for word. Fan in bathroom too noisy. Should have a separate switch from the light. No breakfast due to COVID is a poor excuse. Many hotels we have been to offer at least coffee/tea, a piece of fruit, packaged granola and/or snack bar per guest/day.
