The kitchen area was just perfect. Staff was very friendly. They respect your privacy and my stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Gorgeous property!

The room was spacious, had a kitchenette that was usable, and the bed was comfortable. The TV had a little issue with the "guide" wherein you couldn't get back to it after using it on the initial start-up of the TV - you could then only scroll through the channels. So that was unfortunate. But, we made the best of that. Things were OK overall - even tho' we occasionally had to avoid guests who weren't wearing their masks - that was annoying and I think the hotel staff should've been more vigilant re: that.

Tolerable Room temperature fluctuated between much too hot and much too cold. Also the heating unit was noisy. There was a kitchenette in the room but no cups, teaspoons or anything else that could have been useful. A couple trying to check-in ahead of me were treated rudely and for no good reason.

Cozy Getaway Spot What can I say, this place has turned into one of my go to spots when I visit Palm Springs, inexpensive, centrally located and a staff that always makes me feel welcomed. If you are traveling on a budget, or need a quick getaway, I would recommend this place. Thanks guys

Sketchy !!! Hotel was nice looking. Pool wasn't open, was person in parking lot was cleaning there suv and it was a MESS!!! Room was close that area but park on other side of hotel. Staff was short handed.
