Someone was cooking fish on 2nd floor, which ended up being burnt fish smell on entire floor. Called front 5 TIMES before call was answered. My room started to get smoky. Windows only open about 3 inches. Asked for late check out. Time was fine.THEN had to go on a hint to look for luggage dolly. Told lady at front desk I needed more time since I was the one who had to go hunting for the damn things instead of hotel staff.
