Basically a very clean and worthy experience. Only thing second rate was the continental breakfast which was very minimal. Close to airport.

First room was awful but the staff made it right and we are now in a new room. The property is just ok but walking distance to downtown Palm Springs.

Not a bad property, and it looks like it's been newly renovated, but attention to any details was pretty much skipped - furniture looks outdated and old, so does the kitchen (which we did not use). But the carpet and bed were nice. Walls are really thin though, so lots of unexpected noise coming from everywhere. Maybe third floor would've been better so at least people don't start pacing the floor on top of your room at the break of dawn. Unfortunately, no hair dryer was a problem.
