Visited for the weekend. Great location from downtown. Room only had two pillows and no room service. If you need extra towels or new towels you have to walk to the lobby with the used ones and then you receive clean ones. Toilet seat was broken. Water temperature is not warm at all. It was borderline cold. On the plus side, they do have a small kitchen and a great sized refrigerator.

Well you get what you pay for. The staff was very nice and efficient but the actual room was like a very old live in motel on the side of a highway. Busted furniture, towel rack falling out of the wall and the scariest bit was when the sheet came off of the mattress and we saw what was underneath-ewwww I’m must say that the pool was nice and we completely forgot bout the free breakfast and I liked the location.

Convenient location and good price. We checked in around 4pmish on Sat. Oct 6 and the woman who checked us in was excellent. She had superior customer service skills. Shower flow was weak and the shower curtains did not keep water from getting on bathroom floor. There was only one washcloth for two people. There was only one soap and one shampoo even though two people were expected. Bathroom needs updating.

Location and exterior was good. Interior and cleanliness was poor. Breakfast service was poor.

The service was terrible, I called ahead to see if there was early check-in, the hotel staff said 2pm is the earliest. I got there at 2:55pm the clerk said rooms were not ready to come back in 10 minutes. The door to get into building out of order, the side walks around the building were filthy. The room was clean but lacked dishes, or hair dryer. No ice machine. However there was a refrigerator in the room but would have been nice to have ice.
