Palm Springs Room was very dated looking and very depressing colors. Definitely needs a renovation/face lift.

I checked in with the only guy that worked there who was very pleasant. The ladies that were working were a little unprofessional- I waited at least 5 minutes for her to even acknowledge me while she was on the phone with another co-worker trying to solve an issue and it was only to get a hair dryer from the front desk. The night before checking out, I called the front desk to see if I could get a late check-out. She told me I would have to call back at 7am for that.
