I didn’t like that when we asked if our room could be cleaned, the house keeper stated “this ain’t a real hotel, we don’t do that. You have to go down stairs and get yo own stuff.”

Hotel had a general dirty feel to it, the cleanliness of the common areas as well as rooms was below average. Incredibly noisy, you can hear absolutely everything from people next door to people in the common areas.

Accesiable stay I was please with the property and staff overall. Two things that could have been improved upon. The front doors did not have automatic devices for handicapp access or even to help with the luggage carts. The doors had footstops to hold them open, however it was a real probelem to negotiate them with any thing in hand. The second the only ramp access from the handicapp parking allowed the first parking space to back a large truck in the space and the bumpber and the hitch sticking out prevent use to the ramp.... read more

Clean, comfortable, would stay again. Very clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Some smoking going on right outside the door (and possibly in stairwells) which bothered us a little so my only recommendation to management is to consider extending the no smoking area out a bit further from the front doors.
