No ice machine!! Ice cube trays in freezer but no ice. No blow dryer!!! .. ..every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has had a blow dryer

My husband and I only stayed for one night but we were very pleased. The hotel is clean and the staff seems accommodating. I saw bad reviews of the breakfast selections but when we checked in they specifically said it was a grab and go breakfast and stated majority of the items they offered.. it may not be a full breakfast but they tell you that as you’re checking in! The room was comfortable and welcoming. We will most certainly be looking into extended stays when we travel with our children for family vacations.

It was very quiet. The first room I was given, smelled like stale food. Since this is a hotel that people do live in, I can see that being a issue BUT I told the management about it and they quickly moved me to a better room and made sure it was to my liking. Awesome customer service. Thank you.

RK review of Peoria hotel Tried calling the hotel Sunday night for help with directions and nobody picked up the phone - was kept on hold for over 5 minutes with an automated system. The continental breakfast was decent and the coffee was was good. while the room was good overall, the kitchen area was a bit worn. I was surprised this hotel had no ice machine!

Feeling Discriminated against!!!!!! Every time I come in town and I come to this hotel that I am most familiar with, I am always being steered to the worst rooms in the hotel. Then every time I have come back with my bags to the front desk and tell them about the room they gave me was not pleasing, then for them to give me another room in which the tub is stopped up and the TV is blinking
