Inexpensive and roomy Checked in in the late morning and the room was ready and clean

Escaso desayuno El desayuno comparado con otros hoteles de la misma cadena muy limitado el de Peoria, excelente el de Missoury

The hotel was OK for what we needed at the time. Most Extended Stays that I have gone to has the kitchen utensils stocked but here we had to call down for them and the employee seemed annoyed at the request.

Staff needs customer service training The people at the front desk are apathetic. I would not stay here again. The refrigerator smelled which made the whole room smell. This hotel needs renovations.

Cleaning The bathroom shower curtain had a smell like they needed to be cleaned. My refrigerator didn't work but made a loud noise. This my second time visiting this location. My first visit was perfect this time around was terrible.

Very Basic Motel Overall the hotel wasn't the worst. The room was ok, a little dated but ok. Housekeeping only come very seven days which is horrible the sheets on the bed were not clean and you have to request towels they don't just given them you.

Solid value for the price point Nothing fancy here. Good value if you get a room in the $50-80 range. Higher than that price point, you can probably find nicer rooms. Nothing fancy here - solid rooms, nice front desk staff, solid service, basic amenities, clean enough rooms. Surrounding area seemed a little run down at first but I didn't pick up on anything unsafe in the surrounding area. If I got a good value deal, would stay here again.
