The hotel smelled of old stale food. Rugs were filthy and ceiling above window was rotted. Would never stay again and it was way over priced. Hand no choice due to flight cancellations at airport.

bare bones We thought this would be similar to a Holiday Inn express or Marriot Courtyard, but definitely a few steps below. It was clean enough for me, but my coworker said his room smelled and had many issues. No daily maid service was surprising as we were there for three days, but you can exchange towels at the front deak. No toilet paper holder, no smoke detector as it was removed, no clock, just an absolutely bare bones room. TV had minimal channels and the complementary WIFI was too slow to do anything but email. Needs improvement Computers wee down when arrived. Our reservation was not all under my name so we were told we only had one room. Hotel is renovating but we didn't have all the furniture list missing bulbs bees nest in window spiders on the bed bugs in the tub. Would have reported to desk but she wouldn't have cared. New hire Kevin actually was more customer friendly. He found your number to call to clear up room confusion.

Not easy for airport travelers, with a hidden cost First: No shuttle from the airport. So add two-way cab fare to the cost. Then make sure you tell the driver that it's the ESA- DELUX on Bartram Ave. or else he may take you to the other ESA hotel down the road. Yes, there are two hotels with the same name (both say Extended Stay America on the outside -- no "delux" on the sign). Who would imagine? And they don't share the same data system, so it's up to you to sort out if you're at the wrong place or maybe don't have a place... read more

A Rude awakening. This is a basic room. I am used to staying in 5 star hotels. The only reason that I stayed here was to inclement weather.

The worst experience I've had with hotels We booked a non-smoking room and ended up getting a room that was supposedly non-smoking but smelled like the living room of a heavy smoker. Within 15 min we couldn't stand being in the room anymore. My husband's throat started closing and all they did was spray this solution to cover the smell. They didn't give us another room so we ended up trying to get a refund from Hotels.com. This was 3 months ago and we still didn't get the refund. Terrible experience!!!!
