We were there just for a short night with a 4:15 AM departure to the airport, so we did not get to try their breakfast. The staff was courteous, and the room was huge--lots of room, a full kitchette with full-sized refrigerator, stove, even dishwasher. But there were absolutely no utensils, no plates or cups, or even a coffeemaker. The reason we did not enjoy our stay, however, was the state of the beds. We do not keep the dishes in the room, but we do have them available upon request. One night stand TV was bad. Room was just OK for a one night stay. Would try an other if in Philadelphia again.
Not a hotel to stay at We saw the negative reviews on this hotel however we just needed a place to crash for the night as our flight came in at midnight, the hotel staff was helpful, the room was poorly maintained and dirty. Will recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay Carpet was dark and smelly. Low lighting in the hallways. Head boards were extensively scratched up.. Continental breakfast was described as grab and go, which it was. Unhealthy muffins and no fruit.
Shower was clogged up & not running properly, hotel was dirty, staff was rude & loud. Toilet was clogged up. My girlfriend hated this hotel & would not stay here again.

Non-smoking hotel does not mean non-smoking. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. The hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but it was like walking through a casino to get to our room. The room smelled strongly of smoke also. Hotel staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and apologetic. Still waiting to see if getting a refund from Travelocity will be easy or difficult.
