Arrived after midnight due to an ice storm at PHL. There was 6 people ahead of me trying to check in, due to a mix up on their computers. I waited an hour to get checked in! Even though hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Since it was close to 2am, had no choice but to stay. Terrible hotel and experience!

In overall the room was clean except for the sofa bed which had dirt and used sheets.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Cable wire loose on TV. Not told of charge for parking.

Not so nice hotel From broken front door, to bad smell in the lobby, to blood stains in mattress. This hotel should not be part of the Expedia network.

Wont go back ever again and don't recommend nobody Second time I been to this hotel and the last I wont go back even is the price is $10 dollars a night... Lots of noise, dirty, found a couple rouches, lots of uneducated people, the staff dont care about you, 5 dollars parking fee, gangmembers, etc. Go there and find out what I am talking about on your own risk.

I had a horrible stay. I had to switch my room two times - the first because of bugs on the bed and the second because the lights were not working. This was very inconveniencing but the receptionist was a very kind lady and she helped me a lot. But overall those bugs creeped me out and I don't think I will be staying here again.

The last resort The one thing the hotel did not have was bedbugs. The third room I was shown had A/C which worked sporadically. The first 2 did not. It appears that they were having work done on the system but the front desk should have known. The condition of the room was very poor. Carpet, walls, tabletops, all slightly dirty. Stay Somewhere Else I do not recommend this hotel at all. The staff was unfriendly, and management was rude. Their staff charged us 3 times for one room. Once we brought it to the manager's attention, he became rude and made it seem like it was my fault. The breakfast is not what we expected.
