Exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel, staff was extremely good though!!

Call the hotel for amenities Hotels.com have to get the descriptions right, because its cost me more money. It said on the description that they had a shuttle to the hotel. So I called for the shuttle and they said oh it only runs at a certain time, which would be a 2.5 hr wait for me so I had to call an Uber because I had an appointment and it cost me $25. This is the 2nd time hotels.com did not describe the amenities correct.

Looks depressing,dirty and old. So called breakfast consist from coffee and muffins,that’s it. Would never stay again even for free.

Check in was long...the lobby was hot...and smelled like smoke....we had ro go back to the lobby to get sheets and pillow and blankets for the sofa bed. During the night the smoke alarm woke us up beeping. I had to go get someone and they had to stand on my bed to take out the battery. The room smelled like cig smoke and the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky. There was also nothing in the cabinets in the kitchen.

Not best option Photo of location did not match actual location of 8880 Bartram ave. Fitness room was one elliptical and one treadmill. Exposed wires in the room. Refrigerator did not completely close. Bureau drawers were broken. Telephone receiver was sticky to touch. Free breakfast consisted of many items that can be purchased at Wawa convenience store.
