I booked the two-night stay for two rooms and two couples. When I arrived, I had the confirmation printout with me and gave them the confirmation number and when they pulled it up, it only showed one room for two nights. The desk clerk informed me that I (not they) would have to contact Hotels.com to get it straightened out. After going mildly ballistic, they took 10 or 12 minutes and finally sorted it out. Very relaxing. Not far from my job. Room is spacious and has more amenities than I expected.
