Stay for the Roots Picnic 2017 Everything was great. I was extremely happy that they upgraded my room. The bed was a little smaller than expected and the televisions were wayyyyyyy to small as well. The room also needed for furniture and chairs to sit. Really nice bathroom, closet and kitchen.

Just needed to be near the airport. The room is pretty decent. The bed is ok and so are the pillows. Room is clean. The hotel itself is a different story, the halls smell funny and its dirty. Elevator was filthy. Breakfast was good for just granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee. Service was ok. It works for me, but just know what you're getting into if you have high expectations.

Would definitely stay ahain I was pleasantly surprised with the room layout and excellent service. The room was clean but a bit worn. I only stayed to sleep after a late night flight before leaving ealy morning to my final destination. So convenient to the airport and grateful for the complimentary shuttle to my car rental. Shuttle runs from 5am-10am and 5pm-10pm, so you must taxi beyond those hours, but location is convenient. Desk clerks and shuttle driver were welcoming and professional.

Not the best experience This visit to this hotel was not amazing at all. There mounds of snow and ice in common walkways making it difficult to get in and out. The room had remnants of a party- hanging from the ceiling and heater kept blowing the blinds up when the blower was on.

the room was not clean. a bug crawl across the toilet seat. the night tables were dirty

Awesome Well I only stay here every time I come home to Philly, and I never have a problem, if I do the staff is quick to fix it as long as they keep the management there they have I'm good

Front desk girl called Kia was super nice and super helpful. The hotel itself was so so but her excellent service made up everything else. Thank you Kia.
