The staff was pleasant and professional. No complaints there. The room however had a really strong odor from the time you walk through the door. It didn't smell dirty, it smelled old and perhaps the carpet needed to be puked up. It was really bag though. The smell prohibited me from sleeping well. I even got a 12noon check out I was so tired when it wad time to check out because i had not slept well.

We had reservation in advance. Came to this hotel around 12:30am. System was down and we had to wait for another 40min. to check in. Needless to say that we all were tired by our trip and 40 minutes wait was overwhelming.

Hotel staff at check in where great and accommodating .. they where able to give my wife and I a diff room that initial as that room was smoked in .. cleanliness was poor .. hair which was not mine in shower in sink ac did not cool room even after running for hours
