Convienent location This hotel filled our need for a one night stay. We were pulling a car trailer and needed a hotel with adequate safe parking and they had it. This is a no frills hotel for sure and the free breakfast consists of a prepackaged muffin and coffee which you can eat in your room but the price was reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. From check in to check out. I wish I retained the gentleman's name who I assume was working the late shift. But he took the time to explain all the amenities, how wifi worked & advised of the not so continental breakfast, it was ok, but I would have expected more pastries & OJ, but what was available was more than sufficient for me. I would definitely return if need be. I commend the excellence at Extended Stay America in Bensalem.

Met my needs I needed a place to sleep due to friend having surgery at the Rothman Institute. I could walk to the hospital. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Heating unit a little loud but they all are. Turned it off and the room remained comfy for sleeping.

Took an extra hour and a half to check in past check-in time and no coffee in the room

close to casino room size okay, staff friendly, cleaning of room could be better, good location.
