NO HOT WATER!!! That's right, I attempted to take a shower at about 12:30 a.m. on Friday evening. I let the water run and run and no hot water came on. 25 minutes and there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower. Next, it's an extended stay and there was even a laminated pop up on the kitchen counter stating everything that would be in the room as far as cutlery and kitchen products. Dirty, cockroaches, blood stains, and mold We had three rooms. My room had several stink bugs and 2 cockroaches. The carpet was terribly stained, the counter top was missing the edging and was sharp to the touch. The bathroom was probably the cleanest room with a dirty toilet and a shower that leaked water nonstop. Don’t waste your money - horrible property The room was filthy. There were public hairs in the shower, trash on the bathroom floor, the following in the main area was “ sticky” and there was something running down one of the headboards. The tv and mirror also hadn’t been cleaned in ?. In addition, both the nightstand and dresser were all chipped, the drawers didn’t work. Looks like they were physically kicked or something. Never again for the money horrible!

Pass This Up I was detained by the night time staff for 30 + minutes while I waited to be checked in. She held me up because she was complaining about the daytime staff and printing reports. Also found ants in the room on more than one occasion. Do they not clean the rooms? Found my room not cleaned the following day. I wasn't sure if they just do not clean the rooms until one checks out or not.

Not one thing, they messed my reservation up and left my parent's stranded

Breakfast promised but none put out! Advertised room stay as including breakfast. Front desk person said continental breakfast would be put out on a table in the morning. I checked at 8:00am and 9:30am and nothing was put out. I complained to a different front desk person and he just shrugged his shoulders. Overall room and hotel had a musky odor and was not clean.

We booked 2 rooms at this facility for clients. After the first night, we had to remove them to another hotel in the area. There is no lobby, it was dirty, there was no water on the first day for 4 hours, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling in room 209 and not a hotel for extended business stays but a place where people who have no place to live stay. It was bad.

Very disappointed for price paid The hotels needs better maintenance. The bed shirt had holes in it. The bottom of the toilet was black, this is no exaggeration. The room was not serviced the two nights we were there. I had to ask for bathroom tissue. The sink counter had stain like from a cigarette burn. The seal around the tub was coming loose.
