Very dissatisfied! The service was sub-par. The room was dark, and dreary not inviting. The refrigerator was rusty and missing handle to open the door. Mattress was not healthy for a good night's sleep. For the cost of the room, I expected much more! Definitely not a comfortable stay at all!

Not-So-Great Hotel I've stayed at an Extended Stay before; this one doesn't represent my past experiences with this chain. There's a reason this hotel's rate is one of the lowest in the area, and the smells and stains on the carpet will remind you of such.

Overbooked Overbooked and transferred to 2 uncleaned Townplace suites rooms. Charged for room that was already paid for. $560 taken from account and couldnt stay for. 2 nights like originally booked because i have to wait for a refund

Bathroom Bathroom wasn't cleaned in the tub area. The was an old piece of soap there
