The clerk Aliza was horrible. She had an altitude and was slow as molasses. She checked us in a room that was occupied. When i returned she had a attitude. Them she gave me a room that wasnt programmed. So now I'm upset and asked her what the hell. The room 315 smelled terrible. I just checked out. No one was at the desk i just left. Terrible service

Not really a good place The hotel was not clean at all, light are broken in the room, smell like cigarette smoke

The room was filthy. There was dirt and debris in the bathtub. The handle to the refrigerator was broken. When I opened the refrigerator, a significant amount of water began to run onto the floor. Even though it is a smoke free property, the room had a very strong odor of smoke. The "breakfast" consists of a pre-wrapped muffin and choice of watered down coffee. I would not go back to this hotel.

HORRIBLE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! It was filthy. There service was horrible. I'm still waiting on the manager to return my call with corporate information... My trip was over 4 days ago...I called 2 days before we left!

Worst Staff Experience Ever Worst staff experience ever. My second time here. Last time was a fine trip except for them giving me a cheaper room than I booked and tried to upsell me on two rooms since I couldn't get a room with two beds. Hotels.com fixed that after the hotel refused to. I'm uncertain if the policy the woman at the front desk told me was true or not so I couldn't be upset about them picking my room for me even though I paid for a more expensive room. Cherry Hill stay Room was unclean, reeked of smoke, TV didn’t work and was told that there was a continental breakfast during registration, but when I arrived there I was informed that there wasn’t any; only coffee.

False advertisement The whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke despite it being a non smoking room. People lived in this hotel and hung out in their wheel chairs in the lobby like a social.
