If it weren't for the staff, I would give a 1 rating. There was 1 housekeeper working so wait time to check in was about an hour. Check in staff signed person in then cleaned room, etc. Great job to them. They were amazing! Microwave door broken - would not close and light stayed on-had to unplug. Hole in wall by door stopper. No light bulb in lights. Badly caulked bathtub and dry paint EVERYWHERE. No shower curtain...found it in the closet...had to fight with broken sliding doors to get it. The staff, in spite if the conditions they worked within were exceptionally friendly. However, there were several aspects of the facilities that were noticeably dirty, access to the parking area was limited because the doors didn't work with the room keys nor was the entire back part of the building.
The rooms are nice. The customer service sucked with one off the employees. When we checked in around 5:30 our room was not ready we waited 15-20 minutes. The nice employee apologized meanwhile the nasty lady came back to check us in. I guess I was taking to long she was tapping her fingers on screen, body language nasty. The customer in front of me she was ruined to them as well.
