Way to show your customers matter We stayed here previously and was clean. This time the gentleman at the counter, Preston was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was not clean (hair in the shower, stains on the counter from leftover food and not clean overall). Preston spoke to his manager and they refunded a night, Which was fair to me and my wife.

Good but needs improvement Finding the hotel was a little difficult. This hotel and another Extend Stay America hotel are almost back to back. Both Google Maps and The mapping system used in Ford vehicles had trouble pin pointing the proper hotel based on the hotel name. Signage needs improvement so that a driver can see the hotel.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, however, I'm very particular about bathrooms, esp. tubs and toilet bowls. The tub's caulk probably needs to be bleached or re-caulked. I understand the room and bathroom are newly renovated but they should be cleaner considering they are newly renovated. Same with the toilet bowl--seeing stains under the toilet bowl rim makes me cringe. Staff were very helpful and accommodating though so that's a plus. Also, the coffee was good. :)

I didn't like the dark hallways, the trash over flowing coming into the main entrance, nor waiting to long at check in and the fact they didn't provide coffee filters or coffee packs for the coffee maker.
