There was stuff under the bed, so the room couldnt have been cleaned the right way.

Caring guest Cleaning could be better but when we leave the cleaner will be happy that I scrubbed bathroom & shower and tub. REALLY CLEANED. Drains were clogged & when asked desk didn’t have any so I fixed it myself (yes me, not hubby) took apart & cleaned. Now I have water drainage & don’t have to use plunger when showering. Cleaned kitchen area well too either hire more help or train better or both. I’m in hospitality business myself along with my 2 sons. Constructive help Location is great. I cleaned our room. A little training goes a long way. More smiles at front desk would be nicer & paying more attention to details is appreciated. I’m in service business myself and no one is striving for those “10s”
