Always a great place to stay. Nice and quiet.
The kitchen that was advertised as having everything we needed including cookware and dishes had nothing we needed unless we went to the desk to ask for it. When my partner went to ask, there was no one at the 24/7 desk, so he had to wait a decent amount of time for someone to come back. This also happened at check in and check out. When he asked for dishes and cookware like the little sign on the counter instructed, they had to go searching for things because they didn’t even know if they had it. The bed was broken. Nice
Not as good as we expected based on others ratings. Breakfast is coffee and little muffins. Our mattress was replaced with new as we checked in, housekeeping had already left for the day so we had to make our own bed!
I appreciate this. Great staff, great service, clean and just what I need every time.

Really good
Was not bad for the price, it was in a quiet area which was good with lots of shopping options. The room was standard nothing fancy, it was clean for the most part. There are a lot of homeless people living there but it really was not an issue for me I felt safe. Door keys never work but staff was helpful with that. The place needs a bit updating but I was only in town for a few days so it worked for me. Dog friendly was a plus!
