The staff was wonderful. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The manager was there and actively involved with welcoming guests. The only issue is there was a half dried pile of ketchup sticking to the carpet in my room and when i asked the individual cleaning the room said she she saw it but didnt know how to clean it. I just got papertowels and cleaned it up. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcome and mostly very clean.

Do Not Recommend When you walk into the lobby, you are immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. Signs are posted in a couple different places that smoking inside the building is not allowed; however, someone is most certainly ignoring this, and the staff are unable to get rid of the smell. We waited several minutes in the front lobby for someone to appear at the front desk.
