Smelled horrible. Rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly.

Property was filled with shady looking characters and smelled of weed.

Our first impression when we drove up to check in was negative- there was a car blocking the entire car port by parking in the middle with doors opened at both sides. There were several guests sitting in front of the hotel doors smoking. As I went into the lobby, there were approximately 40 grocery bags on the floor, blocking my access to walk up to the check in. The staff was wonderful. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The manager was there and actively involved with welcoming guests. The only issue is there was a half dried pile of ketchup sticking to the carpet in my room and when i asked the individual cleaning the room said she she saw it but didnt know how to clean it. I just got papertowels and cleaned it up. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcome and mostly very clean.
