Disappointed This was just one night stay. I was disappointed that when I went to take a bath, there was no plug to hold the water in. Most tubs have a plug so one cold take a bath. Also, not sure why there would not be a hair dryer in the bathroom, for those like me who book last minute with not much with them. Last the cleaning service should check under beds & behind furniture for left behind items. There were 3 socks under my bed and a candy wrapper behind the end table. Also, the light in the room was burnt out.

Who doesn't accept cash? This hotel. The hotel did not accept cash payments.It should have been stated on its listing.No wash cloths. No in room utensils(You had to order what you needed at the front desk). I have had good experiences with this chain, but a lot of inconvenience at this on. It's in an industrial park, with not a lot around it. Probably won't come back to this one.

Still a good value We usually stay here when in the area, and will do so again--rooms a good size, full-size refrigerator, 2-burner stove top, beds comfortable. But housekeeping and room maintenance have slipped a bit. Lots of dirty corners, not cleaning under beds and counters, plastic cover on phone was filthy. Broken door handle on bathroom door had not been reported, or if it was, it was not fixed before our arrival. Weekday check-in staff good, weekend not so personable. Malvern/Great Valley Extended Stay America The hotel was over booked due to the storm that made residents in the area lose power. So my room wasn't ready when I arrived. Geri and Jimmy from the hotel staff were GREAT! They made sure my room and others were 100% ready before they let me move in. It took a little longer but they wanted to make sure the room was perfect. I would stay here again just because of the caring of the hotel staff.
