Facility is old and shows not well maintained. There spots on the mirrors. Breakfast is really simple, won't come back.

Clean, staff friendly. WAZE had a problem finding the street, very frustrating. Other than that was fine.

Luis was a little overwhelmed at times, couldn't handle phone calls and people at the desk efficently.

The room had a closet with no hangers. There was an iron, but no ironing board. When the lack of these items was reported to the front desk, the answer was that some rooms have hangers, others don’t (so no effort to find hangers was going to be made) and that finding an ironing board was going to be investigated (nothing came of that)… so I left the next morning with wrinkly clothes. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the location served me well.

Treated me better than my own family I had to book a last minute room here due to problems after a wedding that I went to from California. The front desk was kind, helpful and accommodating. They treated me better than my own family. I checked in very late and they gave me the courtesy of late check out free of charge. My family left me stranded in the middle of nowhere and I was lucky to find a vacancy here as it was labor day weekend

I asked to check in early and was told that the hotel maintenance wouldn’t be in early enough for me to check in. So I had confirmation that it would be cleaned by the time I arrived. When I got into the room I reeked of cigarette smoke even though I was told I was in a non-smoking room. The bedding had stains and the remote had a hair on it as well as the shower. It honestly wasn’t worth the $$$i
