The room had a closet with no hangers. There was an iron, but no ironing board. When the lack of these items was reported to the front desk, the answer was that some rooms have hangers, others don’t (so no effort to find hangers was going to be made) and that finding an ironing board was going to be investigated (nothing came of that)… so I left the next morning with wrinkly clothes. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the location served me well.

Treated me better than my own family I had to book a last minute room here due to problems after a wedding that I went to from California. The front desk was kind, helpful and accommodating. They treated me better than my own family. I checked in very late and they gave me the courtesy of late check out free of charge. My family left me stranded in the middle of nowhere and I was lucky to find a vacancy here as it was labor day weekend

I like the option of having kitchen equipment. The rooms where quiet but the remote needed a channel guide.

I had a non smoking room, but could clearly smell smoke. Shower drain was rusty and gross

The place has bjg rooms. But it needs to be freshened up. And just overall maintenance and taken care of

I understand that is an extended stay hotel and I understand why there was some wear and tear in the room. The thing that almost made me walk out and ask for my money back was the overwhelming bad smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. I am from New Jersey and here you can not smoke in public places. Even so, the smell was horrible in the hallways. My wife has a very sensitive nose and I thought that there is no way we are staying here tonight. I asked to check in early and was told that the hotel maintenance wouldn’t be in early enough for me to check in. So I had confirmation that it would be cleaned by the time I arrived. When I got into the room I reeked of cigarette smoke even though I was told I was in a non-smoking room. The bedding had stains and the remote had a hair on it as well as the shower. It honestly wasn’t worth the $$$i
