I stated additional day and they neglected to tell me that I had to sign paperwork so when I came from work that night. They told me the order happened and my room was no longer available for me because of I have no show when I was there that day them cash

Room had dead roaches and some running around so they had to give me another room with roaches in it again.. the fire alarm kept going off.I would never stay here again I wouldn't recommend this specific hotel most extented stays have been awesome this one was horrible.

Plenty of parking, people always hanging out in parking lot regardless of the cold. Cabinetry dilapidated. Tub and sink had dried, soap build up. No staff at desk until 10am. Was told to leave the key in an accessible location by the front door where anyone could access it Unlike every other hotel I've ever stayed in, they actually charged my credit card for the deposit.

The fact that there was no one there to check in with and phone call had to be made. I had no hot water for the first two nights and since there was no one at the front desk to get help from. I call the hotel from my meeting to get no answer and end up with someone from I gues3 the corp office. They finally reach someone at the hotel. Room was dirty and gross, bed was broken, most of the lights didn’t work. It felt like a room in an abandoned hotel. We canceled and found another hotel.
