Satisfied with the stay I had a comfortable stay at the Extended Stay America, Malvern PA. No complaints. However, it would help if they could post signage outside to indicate the Entry/Exit from the road clearly. I drove past it twice without knowing where to enter the property.
Was not able to cancel. Lost money

I paid online but when I got there, they gave me a $25 "pet fee" for my dog. There was nothing about this "fee" on the website and I didnt expect it. There was a cocaroach in the sink. Thankfully, that was the only one. The beds were somewhat unstable. It was snowing that night and they did not plow or salt the parking lot. It was very slippery and someone could really get hurt. My car also lost traction driving into the parking lot. I stay at many hotels and I can rolerate alot but this was really a bad one.

Kitchen had no utensils at all! All empty cupboards! No soap in the bathroom! No hot water but cold shower only! Mattress with stains! No drop box for checkout! Housekeeping Service people not available.
