Satisfied with the stay I had a comfortable stay at the Extended Stay America, Malvern PA. No complaints. However, it would help if they could post signage outside to indicate the Entry/Exit from the road clearly. I drove past it twice without knowing where to enter the property.

A bit dirty and no supplies in bathroom (shampoo etc)

First room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the counter in the kitchen was delaminating. The next room had nicotine stains all over the ceiling above the bathtub. Also the bathtub drain was completely plugged, and the staff had no Drano to clear the clog. And the tub faucet was almost falling off, and didn’t turn off completely (drip, drip, drip into the standing water left in the tub). The TV had only cable — no streaming options (e.g., Netflix, HBO Max, etc.), so you couldn’t even log into your own account.

Unfortunately- this ESA doesn’t put a priority on cleaning. Room was very dirty at check in, hallways were filthy. Unfortunate as this chain can and usually does better.

room and hallway smelled from cigarettes. Dirty room. Dirty kitchenette. Dirty bathroom. Dog in next room barked a lot! No breakfast offered

Cut $210, the property had no ice or vending machines, no coffee maker, no toiletries, no tissue, no staff before 9am or after 9pm, tub/ shower didn't drain, toilet clogged, TV blocked the mirror. Need I say more.
