Not clean, smelled like smoke. Couldnt get towels. Kwycqrd malfunctioned and was locked out of my room one whole night. Had to stay somewhere else for that evening. Just terrible experiences all around.

Terrible Service and staff Front desk ok’d me for late checkin when my plane was delayed. Upon landing at PHL called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Central reservations was able reach night attendant who refused to help in anyway. The staff didn’t communicate or let the next shift know of the arrival time. Night attendees said “not her problem,” per Ahmed at central reservations.

The evening receptionist was churlish and not very helpful. The furniture is the room was dented and scarred. The refrigerator was rusting. There were no plates, cups, glasses, etc. No ice bucket. One wrapped plastic cup for drinking. We were given only one bath towel and two wash clothes. The draperies were crooked. Light bulbs in fixtures were mismatched. The bed was not comfortable. Would never stay there again.

Front Desk Guy Was No Help Whatsoever.....Waste Of Breath. If you Hate Your Job So Much.....Quit. Don't Take It Out On The Customer. Management Is Alm But Non-Existant. Stay Away.

Definitely wasn’t what we were expecting. Upon arrival, there was no one at the check in lobby. While waiting for an attendant to come downstairs and check us in, we placed our belongings on a chair. Within seconds it was met with a roach. When we got to our room, there was clear evidence that it hadn’t been swept. The vent in our bathroom was leaking each time it was turned on.
