Run down smelly room , sticky furniture and tabletops , even TV remote control is sticky, breakfast is a joke because there is none, pot of coffee & couple of muffins only

Great staff, subpar hotel The staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel itself was a different story. The rooms felt very old, the hallways smelled of cigarettes, no central air or heating, comes from a very loud in wall unit. Toilets didn’t flush properly, and hotel only does cleaning service once every 7 days of your stay. They do cut a lot of corners, which is ok for the price but if you’re staying in the area, presumably it’s for corporate visits, and it’s not at the level which makes that pleasant. Extended Stay Hotel down the road maybe better When I looked at this hotel on Expedia it looked rather nice. It stated it had a free continental breakfast and a pool. I booked the hotel over the phone and perhaps this was my mistake. There are actually 2 Extended Stay hotels that are within a 1/2 mile of each other in the Malvern/ Great Valley area. We booked a site and there were no dishes, coffee maker, hair dryer or anything in the room. The bath wasn’t really clean and the toilet wasn’t working.

Don't stay here The hotel as such is quite old and the property is poorly maintained. Rooms are dark and shabby. No cleanliness

Over charged They charged my card twice. I talked to 3 people now and this problem isn’t fixed.
