Extended Stay Motel Booking, 4/16-17, 2016 When we went into the room after checking in, my wife noticed first that the mirrors were not cleaned, or cleaned with a dirty rag. Also we noticed hair in and around the shower and on the sink. We requested that housekeeping clean the room after we went out, and the front desk said that they would have someone do it. After we came back, we noticed that some of the things we requested had been taken care of, but not others. We also had to request cups, as there were none in the room... read more

Inexpensive The hotel - lobby, halls, floors, breakfast area - didn't look or feel or smell clean, but my own room was very clean, and smelled fresh. I liked the set up of the room; efficient and spacious for what they charge.

Smell, cockroach, terrble wifi... The room itself looked just fine and clean but later there was cockroach crawling on the wall and stink bug on the ceiling. So even though the room was clean, I did not feel myself clean all my stay. The smell in the room was terrible. I did open the windows but it did not help. All my clothes needed laundry right after I was back home since they all stunk terribly. Wifi was another hassle. I could connect with my cell phone but not with my laptop. It was a room It was a room, but it wasn't the type of room you can be comfortable in. The bed was very hard, there were only two cardboard pillows and no washcloths. It was a no-smoking room and the room was fine. Although, the hallway smelled like a bowling alley in the '80's. That's even with the window in the hallway open. Then there's the "breakfast". I wouldn't call what was offered a breakfast. It was a SNACK at best. They did have hot coffee and some small prepackaged muffins.

Worst Hotel Ever First of all, I never review hotels, but this was the WORST experience I have ever had. Just walking down the hallway and you are met with a smell of mold and musk. The room smelled just as bad, and I actually had to buy a bottle of febreze and a scented candle just to tolerate the odor. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned, and there was still used soap and bottle of shampoo from the guest before me. The windows were covered in dirt and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Stinky! The halls and entrance way smelled of old dirty vacuum cleaner bag. The room itself smelled even worse and extremely stale. I don't believe the door or window had been open in a year or more!

Everything else was booked - Although the hotel was conveniently located $119 was too much to pay for this room. I reserved a non smoking room with 2 double beds - got bumped into a SMOKING room - with 1 queen bed- room was not very clean - bathroom door had stains running down the door - looked like big guts squished on the bathroom wall that were never washed off- was with my 11 year old daughter for a travel sports tournament - everything in town was already sd out... No discount given - will NEVER use this chain again - ... read more
