The staff was very helpful at check in Demetrius was helping us with out baggages and bringing us pots and pans the hotel was out of date but was cozy for the one night stay.

Dump in Disguise This hotel is a dump, the appliances are from the early 80's, the bed is uncomfortable, the halls smell like cigarette smoke, homeless people sleep in the lobby, no utensils AT ALL in the room, no pots, glasses NOTHING...i always use extended stays...i might have to rethink my decision

Pleasant/ professional courteous Demetrius was amazing I've never experienced such a person so happy to do their job and willing to go the extra mile this employee took time away from his busy work desk to inspect each room before I checked into it.although the room I agreed was great it wasn't satisfying to him he took it a step further and ensure that the room was at Comfort for me as he ask me what i woukd like,it was away from other people being that the hotel was remotely located.
