As usual with a hotel like this, you try to shower in standing water up to your ankles. HVAC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. I will never stay there nor will I stay at Extended Stay America ever again.

A bug was in the shower, shower took forever to get warm, smelled awful, could hear people in other rooms yelling, we have no plans on visiting this hotel again! Gross

Went to check in and there was a line of people in front of us as the computer system was down. Lobby also a distinct cat urine smell to it. We ended up leaving as it was unclear if we would actually be able to check in.

We did NOT end up staying there due to it being infested with cockroaches. I would like a refund please asap.

Habian cucarachas, la cama en mal estado,se escuchaban los ruidos del cuarto del lado y no habian opciones para desayunar.

Not worth it The room had some sort or mold or stain in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Front desk people were either hiding or not working. I watched them give away someone’s room because a guest decided to stay an extra night.
