Horrible It was terrible we had to go buy bed sheets because they were all dirty. We put the garbage by the front door and we were told we had to take it down. In one of the Three rooms we rented the bathtub was clogged i called for service and was told i had to unclog it myself. Service was horrible and this was what we paid for.

Service stunk ! When I made the reservation it ask if I had any special requests. We ask for early check in - 2 pm . We arrived at 2:40 pm to find out that we couldn’t check in 20 mins early instead was told couldnt check in for 30 mins They didnt seem to care that I was inconvenienced ! Thats ok wouldnt ever stay at this place again ! Another coiple also y unhappy about being told they couldn’t check in early !

Property is in need of a major makeover, including desk staff. Rooms are in disrepair.

Unclean hotel, but professional staff I checked in and once I got into my room and took a look around, I immediately went back to the front lobby and checked out. This place was so dirty, I had to leave immediately. I was very discreet about my complaint, so the front desk lady was very appreciative and told me since I was dissatisfied, she would issue a refund. But, it’s been a week since and I have not received a refund. Either way, I would never stay an this hotel chain again.

Don’t do it!! A/C didn’t work as it should, room had to be wiped down because surfaces looked to have not been cleaned. Several people that was with us had no toilet paper and when we went to the front desk to get more or get towels, the workers had attitude like we were bugging them. Very old hotel with outdated everything and hotel smelled like marijuana for the whole two days we were there.
