Never again Would not stay again! I came for a 1 night trip, no towels in room ay check in and when i asked was told to go down in about an hour. Wasnt able to get them until next morning. No coffee makers in room or in lobby. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Fuzzy tv with limited channels and slow 2 bar wifi. Glad it was only a 1 night stay.

Stop that damn water program! The room was horrible! I called the front desk 4 times and no answer. The hotel was on this water program and you weren’t able to flush the damn toilet! My boyfriend took a number two and was so embarrassed because it wouldn’t flush and the note on the toilet said if we hold the handle down it will completely shut down the toilet, like what is that?!? Not for me I would not stay here again. When we got into our room, it smelled like vomit. A very nice girl switched our room but we were never able to connect to the WiFi despite the girl at the desk calling support. I also called but the support couldn’t help either. Our room cards were also disabled on our first night. While the girl at the desk was incredibly nice, it looked like she was doing every job at this place. Lobby was dark and un-inviting Hotel and room smelled bad Shower in room was not working There were no towels Breakfast was a joke

Although this is an extended stay facility, there were NO kitchen utensils in the room. The next day I found a paper notice that I had to order the utensils.

Room 305 is gross. Some training is customer servi Was in town for a soccer tournament last weekend. The hotel was a bed in a room out of the cold but I won’t look at an extended stay in the future. Take a look at 305. They was stains on the counter and two chair that were so gross we just tried to ignore them. Could sit down there to eat in an extended stay! Service I don’t think loves her job. I didn’t like the beds and beddings. The bathroom was unclean and toiletries were lacking. The towels were old and scruffy. Housekeeping was nonexistent even after I requested it. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart.
