The property was in poor condition. Ants were crawling all over the room, including the eating table, heat vent, and in the bedsheets. The carpet on the floor was dirty and the room smelled like it had not been cleaned in a while. Not much hot water. Was offered another room, but minus the ants, the second room was no better. I was in town due to a family emergency. It was very inconvenient to have to change rooms in the middle of sitting in an emergency room with a family member, and attending a funeral. overall, the worst ... read more

The property needs to be cleaned appropriately since they allow animals on the premises. I was there an hour and had an asthma attack resulting in a hospital visit.

Horrible customer service from front desk people. I will never stay at another extended stay because of this.

Please have dogs stay free You should have dogs their without paying so much a day (ridiculous) $25.00 a day please come better than that. The reason why i left, i wasn't told about a fog policy until she seen my dog 3 days after stay, i left wasnt buying lunch for every host on a different shift .i moved to Red roof inn dogs stay free

When i arrived staff was nowhere to be found. Room was dilapidated and toilet did not work . Was given another room linens were filthy and it wreaked iof cigarette smoke.
