The room was dirty mold in the shower poop in the toilet.I have pictures and I would like a refund of my money I checked out the same day I checked in because they could not accommodate me.the heat didn’t work and I was told everyone was complaining about heat yet nothing was done to resolve the issue.horrible place and I would never stay again

The room smell horrible,the bed is hard and the place needs to be cleaned, the room smells like urine.

Dark and Smelly The hotel was very smelly and dark. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty- I had to clean dirt and hair out of the bathtub so I could shower. All other area hotels were booked due to a tornement in the area otherwise we would have cancelled the second night.

Terrible Totally not worth the money- room smelled awful, very tiny, sheets were scratchy, the blanket was disgusting.

Not worth the price I was given one room and when I opened the door someone was already occupying the room. They changed my room and the next day the girl from the front desk called to ask what happened so there is a lack of communication between the staff. I go to check out and the girl changed my card for the room but I had prepaid so she charged me twice. The price she changed me in the morning was less than what I paid so what did they move me to a cheaper room and still charge me the more expensive rate?

Cabinet doors were broken, smelled like bleach, very small bathroom for a “suite”.
