Bed was old and very hard. Pillows were flat and old.

Business response:

The staff and I read your comments about your stay with us. We strive to provide guests with all the comforts of home, so I am disappointed to hear the bed and pillows were not to your standards. To ensure that a situation like yours doesn't happen again, our staff is making sure that all pillows and bedding are thoroughly checked and ensuring comfort. I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.

Great hotel for the price (compared to other hotels in the area). The front desk staff could definitely use some customer service training (young staff, most of the staff I talked to seemed to be very new and didn't know much), but other than that, the room was great. I never heard anyone above me or in the halls so that was good. Only drawback was the minimal continental breakfast they offer. It was instant oatmeal packs and a few granola bars every day. It would have some variety like yogurt and fruit. I will be staying th... read more

Czysty hotel i duże pokoje. Polecam.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE There are two sets of lobby doors which lead into the lobby. Both sets are manual and it is very challenging to negotiate the luggage cart by oneself through both doors. I received no help as well. I don't know how the disabled manage. The key cards are cheap and deactivate very quickly. I went down at 10:00pm on Saturday evening to get new ones or have the clerk reactivate mine and was met with an argumentative female who was literally blaming me for the key cards deactivation. I simply asked her to help a... read more

Wouldn't go back We stayed for the night, I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. I thought it would be expected that the sofa bed would be used since 4 people cannot sleep ons queen bed, I opened sofa bed and only the mattress no sheets. I called front desk and was told to go to front desk for the sheets, then went back down for blankets. This is the first hotel I have to go down for things that should already come in the room. We travel a lot and this was a first. then 3 days later I check my credit card and I was charged $104.x... read more

Close enough to Philly I only had two complaints: I had to walk about 300 yards from the hotel to get cellphone service, and the "free breakfast" was pretty meagre (paper thin granola bars, and no juice). Nothing fancy here, but my room was clean and quiet.
