I enjoyed my customer service all in all very welcoming I wouldn’t mind staying again. However I felt like I was in the wrong room. 1st I booked a double bed but it was only one bed and a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable but okay I was tired and wanted to relax so I wasn’t gone fuss about it. 2nd I had my two puppies with me their first time staying away from home and in a hotel at that. Staff was great, I would suggest that there be an unsweetened creamer for the morning coffee. Room needs upgrading and most if all the beds were not comfortable at all.

My stay was ok. It could have been better if the room was clean. The refrigerator in the room was disgusting. So that’s why I scored low on cleanliness

No rest rooms in check in area, no real lobby, no real breakfast Otherwise okay

I made reservations for a one night stay for my family. I called that I was going to be late for check in but when we got there the room wasn’t ready. We had to leave and come back later because even though, we were an hour late, the room was been clean when we got there. As we were getting ready for bed, my seven year old notice a roach on the wall. And after going to bed, we had a hard time falling asleep because the people from the room upstairs were running a marathon. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay there again!

Look past the bad reviews.Great,CLEAN,Quiet place. Was just looking for a quiet place to rest after a longday of testing@ Cooper Hospital which is a few hrs away frm me.This place was very nice,clean & the lady at the desk for check in (&out) Linda was so nice.She went above and beyond to help me(more than she realized). I will definitely be back when i have more hospital testing, procedures or visiting my Brother up there.
