Staff is friendly The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel itself could use a little updating. There were small holes in the curtains and the pillows were paper thin. The breakfast is just a small muffin and low caffeine coffee, not many options.

The room are in pretty bad shape to be an Extended Stay.

My stay The manager Cynthia and her staff adressed all my issues and cleared the up. There was the noise from the room above mine the adressed as much as possible. The floors should be padded or carpet as much as possible.
Outdated but ok The facility is outdated as other reviews stated. Staffs are friendly and ready to help. The management should have done better to keep this facility safe and updated. My unit has a clogged sink and the screen outside the window was off and loose, which is dangerous if winds blow it down. The staff opened a ticket but the guy didn’t show up to fix it the next day as promised…a bit disappointing. I only stayed for two nights so I don’t care that much of the inconvenience.
