My stay The manager Cynthia and her staff adressed all my issues and cleared the up. There was the noise from the room above mine the adressed as much as possible. The floors should be padded or carpet as much as possible.
Outdated but ok The facility is outdated as other reviews stated. Staffs are friendly and ready to help. The management should have done better to keep this facility safe and updated. My unit has a clogged sink and the screen outside the window was off and loose, which is dangerous if winds blow it down. The staff opened a ticket but the guy didn’t show up to fix it the next day as promised…a bit disappointing. I only stayed for two nights so I don’t care that much of the inconvenience. Great Service, But Needs Improvements The customer service was great — the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few concerns that impacted the overall experience. The pool was green and clearly not maintained, and there was a noticeable odor throughout the hotel. Additionally, there were people loitering in the parking lot at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy. With a few improvements, this could be a much better place to stay.
