I stayed there for 3 days and there was No room service or housekeeping. The vent in bathroom wS not working. If I needed clean towels, then I had to take the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean towels.

Disappointed Carpets in hallways very dirty as was elevator. Cabinets in bathroom all chipped and worn. One live/one dead bug on kitchen counter. NO kitchen or cooking items in room - had to be requested from staff to deliver to room…down to silverware and cups. Left after 1 night ( had booked for 4)

Liked the kitchen, and they had the proper pans that worked on stove top. The dust mites or whatever one calls the crap that collects on the radiator system under the fridge needs to be cleanned. This will help cut the electric bill down as our room was working non stop

The staff was amazing, property was quiet and clean
They don’t have a cart to use for luggage which is needed
