Great Service, But Needs Improvements The customer service was great — the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few concerns that impacted the overall experience. The pool was green and clearly not maintained, and there was a noticeable odor throughout the hotel. Additionally, there were people loitering in the parking lot at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy. With a few improvements, this could be a much better place to stay.

A worn down property that has seen better days I stayed here before about five years ago, and it's disappointing to see how it's declined. This property is clearly not being maintained any more - the rooms feel very dated and there is significant wear and tear on the furniture, appliances, etc. The hallways have that musty smell that management has surely tried get rid of but the aroma still persists.
