When I booked it said breakfast included... if coffee and a tiny muffin or half size granola bar sounds good then you will be ok, otherwise you may just assume no breakfast. It also states, fitness center, well it was a closet sized room with a treadmill and stair stepper - not exactly a fitness center. Room was clean and people were nice - just depends what you are looking for.

This hotel was run down and lacked the normal amenities of suite type hotels. Plates, silver water had to be asked for. Then when asked hotel staff indicated they ran out of soap to clean what they had on hand. Also no ice on the property at all.

Not as good as last time It was awkward not as good as last time. Not even 50% of that

Our room was not ready when we arrived. The room we were placed in only had one air conditioning unit and that had not been turned on prior to arrival. We were in Phoenix, AZ so I was hot all night because the air from the living area had to make its way into my bedroom. It never really made it. The breakfast area didn’t look very clean and the amenities are very out dated. This location needs a remodel.

Dirty Room Had to switch rooms at 2am had to wake my kids up at 2am because somehow the toilet was backing up. And the room was not cleaned at all. I had to personally wipe the couch down because it had visible food stains. The hardwood floors where not clean had trash on the floor. The skirt of the mattress was dirty with food stains and uneven. There was trash behide the night stand. I have video but too discussing of the backed up toilet... Would really like a REFUND please.. Bathroom sucks !!! Bathroom door doesn't lock and way to close to living space. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Shower head barely drips water out, took me an hour just to get all the soap and shampoo off of me. Kevin was the only pleasant thing about my stay, he was very kind and quick to help with room needs.

I was told intially that I could check in a family In need by 1230 /100 since this location is slow . I explained to the gentleman that they were needing shelter from the heat and how soon could I check them in . They checked in at 1230 but they called me and I spoke with front desk she advices me it would be 15$ plus tax early check in I told her the other guy made no mention she copes attitude and said there’s a big difference between 1230 and 3 pm ! Age there told me she’s would let the guy who told otherwise that he was ... read more

Dirty Staff was nice, but hotel was disgusting and the tv channels were fuzzy.
