Don’t expect extended stay items.... This is an extended stay hotel which means that if they have kitchens in the rooms they should have some basic kitchen items. We asked upon arrival (since they weren’t already in the kitchen, nothing was) for the basics like pot, pan, plates, cups ect. We got two plates and silverware and they promised they would bring more items. Four days into our stay we received a small sauce pan and that was because my husband ran into someone in the hall taking it from another room. We called daily ... read more

Rude and assuming management Thought will never stay there again.

not far from the airport Thought this hotel would be great since so close to the airport. Extremely disappointing. No one was at the desk when we arrived. Had to wait quite awhile. The sofa/bed was filthy. Asked for another room , which we finally got. There were not enough pillows or blankets. Thank goodness we were only there 1 night. The "breakfast" was packaged granola bars and muffins

poor stay bad customer service well first off the girl checking me in was overwhelmed because she was by herself I got to my room and had nothing not even a coffee pot had to go get them from the desk breakfast was a joke cold muffins and oatmeal granola bars but the coffee was good the coffee maker I did get was bad and I asked a lady at the counter to bring me a new one it never happened I checked out and the girl behind the counter was kind of rude be cause I interrupted her talking with her friend

terrible.. plus their customer service was terrible. they advertised with a kitchen area.. no silverware, plates. nothing .. will never go again to this hotel...................

Eww... Room was not clean at all. Found 2 empty cans of beer in the cabinet, dirty under garments under the bed. Would not stay there again.

Minimal The staff was wonderful and at first the place looked great but then we realized we had a room with a full kitchen and not one untensil not even a plastic cup or ice bucket and couldn't get any. The floor & the shower were both dirty too. It was convenient for the airport and the front desk lady named LaRae was a sweetheart but I was suprised that you got nothing in your motel but 1 small bar of soap and a couple of towels.

Get what you pay for Hotel has been renovated. Has a kitchen area that was clean and bathroom was clean. Chairs by counter in kitchen were gross. Made me not want to sit on the couch. Pillows were not enough, there were yellow stains. There were people permanently staying there....Not sure what was going on there. Felt like I was at a low income housing unit. Finger prints noted on doors and walls.
